Privacy Policy

Purpose
Alfred is a privately operated personal automation assistant. It is not offered as a public service and has no public registration or access.
Data accessed
With explicit authorization, Alfred may access Google account data required for private automation workflows, including:
- email messages and metadata;
- calendar events;
- files, documents and spreadsheets; and
- contacts.
Use of data
The data is used only to perform private automation workflows requested by the authorized account holder. It is not sold, not shared with third parties and not used for advertising.
Storage and retention
Authorization information and workflow data are processed within operator-controlled private systems. Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the requested workflows or meet operational and security requirements.
Control and deletion
The account holder may revoke access at any time through Google Account permissions and may request that the operator delete locally retained data by contacting the address below.
Google API data
Alfred's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
